Moto V600:No-contract purchase price in Cingular store

What is the price for a Moto V600 in a Cingular Company store or at an authorized dealer? Will you sell without a phone contract? Or do I have to go to an independent mail-order dealer like the ones with ads to the right of this post?

At best buy the phone is 400.00 with out a contract.

Yeah it's 400.00 just about everywhere with no contract. Unless it's been unlocked.
