I know that phones will have problems and I'm glad that cingular has and xbm program , But who works in that department mutants? I have to do several exchanges as i switch phones often . I have yet to have one exchange go smoothly . Its always something my most recent exchange they sent me the wrong phone and on top of that its beat all to hell .......

XBM only does the work for you on your behalf to the manufacturer, what you get and receive is from the manufacturer, if for some reason the manufacturer won't honour it, for reasons like no longer produced etc..., they at XBM will provide a phone comparable tech wise to what you had.

I understand that part of it .......but I'm talking about the incompetent people that i have talked with on my experiences .. and I'm also talking about the shipping issues that consistently happen wrong phone being sent out and multiple reships that cost the company money .... just my opinion based on my experiences
