Cingular reps called customer a monkey?
I read in this newspaper the other day that this customer went into a Cingular store and tried to get service, then asked why VZW's coverage was better. The Cingular reps then called the customer a monkey. wierd employees. 😕

maybe it WAS a monkey that went in to the store. i just sold a family to 2 chimps and an orangatun..it was hard talking in primate, but i think i got the point across that they had no roaming.

IF they're under CONTRACT, headcheese...

So do all other carriers, 85... ours just happens to be one of the LOWEST ETF's in the industry. Every carriers contract states that if you want out early, you pay an Early Termination Fee. Even the 'almighty' VZW.
