Internet/ SMS on unlocked phone not working
i bought unlocked L7 how do i get internet and text SMS to work with cingulars network

Notice on the system the devices that are supported, find anywhere the unlocked L7?? No wonder why that is, geez why do you call them and ask care hw to check mms messages on that phone too.I don't know what fools like you talk about.We at care assist with our branded devices.If you read in multiples areas of CSP wre can't and don't assist with devices that we never sold therefore have no direct information on them.And the company does not pay us to spend time on calls looking for information on the net about phones they don't sell.

It does not matter that the device is locked. The settings will work. Customer, use the ota link provided. This should not be discussed ad nauseum, the solution is in the link.

You can't get help from Cingular, as reps we can only assist with phones we as a company sell, if we don't sell it, we can't assist you with the device.It's like calling ford for your problem you have with your doddge.
They don't have the info for devices that we don't sell.You will have to ask motorola for help.

Well here's an idea, it for devices the company sells and supports.Try jamming that in your skull.Do you see the list of devices on the site.You see anywhere information from the company itself on devices not sold by Cingular.
What you didn't, well imagine that.Oh thats right we give instructions n phones cingular sells, go figure 🙄 🙄 🙄
