I would go with the RAZR, its a real workhorse.Most phones will sell for 3-6 months, then be phased out in favor of a newer phone.This has been non stop selling since oct,2004.It's a good phone gives you what you are looking for and there was a glitch that you may hear about but that was fixed weeks ago and all the phones were replced.
In case you didn't hear,there was software glitch in a recent batch of RAZR's ,but they were sent back and replaced.

I know you said flip, and the one poster said the SE W600i so at least you would consider a non-flip. Might I suggest the Nokia 6682. Pretty awesome phone. You might also consider the Moto V557, the SE z520a or the new LG-CG300. I have no personal knowledge of those phones, however they got pretty decent reviews. Maybe someone else can answer more questions about those particular phones. I did have the Moto V551 (as well as 3 RAZR's) and it was better than the RAZR's in my opinion. And I believe Nokia has upgraded their 6102 flip to include BT as well...

I like the choices mentioned. Nokia's are always a safe bet.
I know what you mean. I can't hang with Verizon much longer either. I want a phone that I can't throw at people at hurt them. Verizon phones are ugly and heavy. They might as well bring back the case for the 80's phone. At least those were cool looking.

While it is true Nokia has made some not so good phones, they make more great phones than anyone else, but thats just my opinion. In the 2 years I have used the Symbian OS I know I will never own a non Symbian phone again. I could not fathom living without the yahoo to go program lol

LOL, just kidding. I just thought it was funny since your login is Verizon's tagline but your switching to Cingular. Well, whatever the real reason is, I hope you get a good experience with Cingular. There really trying to become a better company. and I think we will see those effects sooner than later.
