Cingular / ATT fall apart at the merge
I talked to a Cingular rep today and he admitted that the merge will cause major network complications for atleast a year..

IS the fact that ATTWS customers are benefitting from roaming arrangements with Cingular RIGHT NOW making sense to you? or that the two networks use the same technology and were upgraded at roughly the same time? Or that Cingular and ATTWS have tons of phones in common? There will issues as there are with anything wireless based, but trust me, Cingular will come out of it much better than you guys at VZW think. Face the truth... you fear what will happen when the playing field is level, and are doing everything you can to ward off a migration to CIngular when people know the coverage is there, the service is there...and the PHONES and FEATURES are there. wise up and catch up... your offerings are archaic compared to the GSM package. Your day...
