Help me decide?

I'm currently with Verizon, but I want to switch with cingular. My plan Is up In a couple of days. But I want the razr v3i, and I herd that It doesnt come out until may sometime, my question Is? should I switch to cingular now get a phone and wait until the razr v3i comes out then get it. or stay with verizon wait then switch when it comes out

This phone is available through other channels. Buy it, switch over and be happy!

If i was in your situtation, i would go pre paid till the phone comes out through cingular directly.That way any issues(phone wise)come up you deal with cingular, otherwise it could be bad going through other routes.

Best part is by going pre paid, not locking into contract, and enjoy the network bnefore you contract commit to it for the plans ...

If you are willing to get the V3i unbranded and unlocked, then I say get it via Ebay or even an online vendor. I bought mine through coolbee's website ($238 without itunes). You'll have to do some tweaking of the browsing and mms settings to get those to work if you want to use them since the phone doesn't have Cingular's software. Some people complain about the roaming icon and a voicemail text message they get, but the roaming icon didn't bother me and I don't get the voicemail text message.

You can sign up for a Cingular plan now and get a free phone. You can keep the free phone as a backup or you can sell it via an online auction as people will pay good money for a new phone. Selling the "free phone" could help help lower the blo...

I would just wait its only a month and it will save you about $200 because if you switch now and it does not come out for more then 30 days you have to pay full price for it.If you buy it unlocked it could be a hassle with media and warranty issues
