Who receives the most customer complains?
I have a question to other reps for Cingular. How many of you work for the company but are with another carrier? I'm with T-Mobile so I want to see who else is doing it.

Im not with Cingular, I have T-mobile also but the complaints I usually hear about are Cingular's long hold times on the customer service line, and poor customer service.

I'm not upset or anything just glad someone caught the mistake. I'm glad your taking an interest in my posts esp. knowing most people don't really pay no mind to this stuff. As far the sales goes, there are prime agents doing well even in certain austin locations but over the past few months it seems to be slowing down.
