From what I gather you already work for Cingular. As it looks like about a 90% chance that I'll be selling service for Cingular soon I have to ask. How is it working for them? What I've seen makes it seem like a sweet place to work, but of course every company wants you to think that when you're coming in. Always good to have an inside opinion.
You're coming on board at an exciting time for us. It will mean a lot more in the way of training than you might expect because of it, because there are ALL KINDS of things in the works right now.
I'll tell you what I tell the reps I train... become a student of the INDUSTRY, not just Cingular. The more you learn, the better you are. When you can answer questions about your competition, know the ins and outs of all their technologies and vendors, and are able to break it all down in a common sense manner, you are a weapon to be reckoned with!
