Cingular Business Customers services sucks

I have a account with 38 lines with Cingular. Palmetto Ford Trucks. http://palmettotruck.com/
They called me back in February and told me that the were going over the minutes.

I took a look into the account which is groups of family plans. Two groups were going over the minutes.
I changed those groups with customer service and had them back date it to the first of the February which is the beginning of the billing cycle.

Latter in March I call to follow up and found out it was not done and it would take weeks because of the number of lines and that it should not have been back dated but re-rated.

In April their bill was high again because nothing was done.

I spoke to rep at Cingular customer service who told me because it is...

I activated the lines years ago. I have no access to the accounts.

I sell online now. But I run line with various dealers.

Everyone knows me and my lines have no charge-backs because, I know what I am doing.

Like taking the reps name and id to cover my but.

If I had access I would fix.

Hmm, I'm sure this never happens at Verizon. Everyone is peachy there. Give me a break and go try to help people in your own forum instead of trying to make problems worse in ours. Also, get a ****ing life.

WIRELESS CONSULTANT:

You have 38 lines grouped together on family plans? Sounds like the work of a newbie sales rep. With 38 lines you should be on a business account with them all tied together.

What should be done is to switch you on to one of those plans first, that will end the trouble right then and there then national accts can begin working on the problem.

I had them grouped in family plans that had 15000 rollover minutes in each group for years.

2 groups were on small plans and they ate up the rollover.

I know what I am doing the reps were lazy. I get paid on new actavations. I still stick by my clients and they all would give me any recomendations I want.

P.S it was resolved today.
email is below.

I just spoke to a Magi Sanders, from Cingular – 877-707-6220 / 800-331-0500. She claims to report to the CEO of Cingular and received Curtis Mathews email. I guess he did get someone’s attention.

She said she will have FULL authority to get our phone billing situation straightened out. She will need to know “what grouping should go in what plan.” I told her that I co...

You should NOT tolerate service like that. Here is the address for an Office of the President complaint for your region, if I were you I would write since its obvious the reps are not taking care of you:

Cingular Wireless
Attn: Office of the President
3051 Bienville Blvd
Ocean Springs, MS 39564

I apologize for the **** youve had to go through no one in customer care should even attempt to correct your account . You "should" be transfered to national accounts immediately
..
ps the oop is market specific ! make sure you get the correct address and the reps who **** on you will be coached accordingly

Considering some of the past posts you have made I must agree with the person who said this account is set up wrong. 38 lines on multiple FT groups is a billing mess.

I was a KAE for Cingular. I looked into pool plans and all available options. But I work for the client and the most cost effective plans is what they were and are on.

Plus they have no phones under contract.

If I was money hungry I would have switched them to Verizon and made a commission and residuals.
