Cingular Business Customers services sucks
They called me back in February and told me that the were going over the minutes.
I took a look into the account which is groups of family plans. Two groups were going over the minutes.
I changed those groups with customer service and had them back date it to the first of the February which is the beginning of the billing cycle.
Latter in March I call to follow up and found out it was not done and it would take weeks because of the number of lines and that it should not have been back dated but re-rated.

I sell online now. But I run line with various dealers.
Everyone knows me and my lines have no charge-backs because, I know what I am doing.
Like taking the reps name and id to cover my but.
If I had access I would fix.

They do not want to do the work and the bills have gone over into the thousands.

damn cingular sucks what a bunch of lazy worthless reps thats completely unacceptable
Hmm, I'm sure this never happens at Verizon. Everyone is peachy there. Give me a break and go try to help people in your own forum instead of trying to make problems worse in ours. Also, get a ****ing life.

You have 38 lines grouped together on family plans? Sounds like the work of a newbie sales rep. With 38 lines you should be on a business account with them all tied together.
What should be done is to switch you on to one of those plans first, that will end the trouble right then and there then national accts can begin working on the problem.
2 groups were on small plans and they ate up the rollover.
I know what I am doing the reps were lazy. I get paid on new actavations. I still stick by my clients and they all would give me any recomendations I want.
P.S it was resolved today.
email is below.

ps the oop is market specific ! make sure you get the correct address and the reps who **** on you will be coached accordingly
Plus they have no phones under contract.
If I was money hungry I would have switched them to Verizon and made a commission and residuals.
