I bought my S710a from Cingular for full retail price minus my company's 30% discount; am I still qualified to get my phone unlocked, even though I received a discount? I've been with Cingular for over a year without any late payments and I still have my receipt.

Anything special I need to do? Just call and request to get my phone unlocked?
