Searching for Telegence Training
Can someone recommend a tutorial, training document, or outside training that can be used to get on board with the Telegence Billing application quickly? Info on version 9.0 or previous versions would be appreciated.

oh. okay. you have to get that info from your trainers. really the only online training i have seen was for POS and that crap they have in cingular university. normally thats on a disk. i know when i worked for a multi carrier agent they didnt give us sites or disk because they fear'd we would share it with our outher carriers. 🙄

Yep! I was never trained, trained. I learnt asking around. I now love it. I rather work on Telegence all day, but not Care.
