This is another example of how inaccurate JD Powers' results are 🙄 Obviously they didn't poll/survey Cingular customers 🙄

T-Mobile - gives more minutes allowing the customer to ask who they are speaking to, to repeat themselves as many times as it takes.
They are all marketing ploys as any company has, they get customers in the door.

You are to click on the link! lol It clearly states that JD Powers surveyed some plp (as usual) and they came up with those shady results.
What does this have to do with Cingular? Well, Cingular has no good LG phone. Well, I've heard the 3G phone is decent, but no too many plp has it. Cingular has NEVER released a Sanyo phone. Who did they survey, or should I ask where? Standing outside a Sprint/Nextel store???? 🙄

You cant get mad at cingular because of the phones.. we dont make them.. LG is sorry and sanyo hasnt made a phone for cingular.

I never said I was mad at Cingular. I was honest about our LG phones. They are not the best in out lineup. I'm pretty sure everyone agrees with me on this one: LG C2000, C1500 (now R.I.P 😢 ) are not something to die for, just cheap phones for cheap folks 😕

cant be outside the store becuase if that was the case they would get negative pub from all the people pist off that they didnt get a free phone to replace the one they dropped in the toilet.

audiovox higher ranked than nokia? i think they polled some very dumb people. and style counted for more than operations/battery life etc...

Pfft! Apparently all those awards, tons of minutes and excellent customer service is still not enough for TMobile. They still have one of the highest churn in the industry. 🙄 Don't get me wrong, I love the service I get on my Tmo phone. I just think is a bit sad that even after giving so much more than the rest, plp still bail on them.
