XBM WOes
Sooo I called into XBM to get my s710a replaced under my manufacturer's warranty, and they offered me a moto v557, nokia 6102 or lgc2000 as replacements. NONE OF WHICH ARE COMPARABLE MODELS, EVEN PRICEWISE! Does anyone have any suggestions? I asked about a w600 because the s710 has been discontinued or even a refurbed s710! but he said they didnt have any s710a's in stock and that a w600 would be a replacement for a motorola v3 razr . BUt the RAZR isnt comparable to the s710 either! Whats going on here? 😳

they should definately replace it with with a w600i. a coworker of mine had the s710 and the speaker went out and she recieved the w600i. my best advice as a cingular rep would be to call back in and ask to speak to a supervisor.
