No More 99.99 Unlimited Plan?!

I heard from someone that Cingular is getting rid of that 99.99 unlimited charter plan... is that true? If so, what are the details behind this? When is it going to end, and what plan will these customers be forced into intead?

Does anyone know the reason why Cingular is doing this? My GOD, those unlimited plan people are the most loyal customer's you'll ever get. They plan on staying with the company forever.

Also, will they be able to get out of their ETF fee if they are still in contract? (I hope so!)

Stop trying to start a flame war. This has been posted already. No, this is not a Cingular plan. It belonged to whatever company Cingular bought, hence they have not been under contract for quite some time.
