In Florida, 64K sim, have been through a couple of phones and still experience these same problems:

So maybe the call doesnt drop everytime, but it sure does garble to the point you miss syllables left and right. Or the call completely disappears and leaves you saying:

"Hello? Hellllooooo, can you hear me? I cant hear you, but if you can hear me, Ill call right back..."

How often does that happen to you all?

NEVER!!! 😳 I have verizon and don't have that problem at all. Being a cingular customer really must get old. I was out in the woods again this saturday and my friends with cingular had to borrow my phone AGAIN just to make a decent call/ or a call period. I told them all again, you guys are all stupid and to get real service. Some ppl children 🤣

For the 5235932057254th time. The whole state of FL is going undergoing network integration. And the Orlando market is one of the worst. There's too many 850MHz 1900MHz towers on both sides (blue & orange) and unfortunately this has made it tougher to integrate. Don't forget that even though AT&T was GSM too, they had different GSM equipment. From what I understand the state of FL is to be integrated by July 1st. (with the exception on Miami, for some reason Miami hasn't even been looked at) Im going to Miami on Tuesday for 2 days. I want to see how my phones work there.

Well in the Denver CO (entire metro area), I don't have this problem at all. I have coverage almost anywhere I go. Cingular's coverage is unmatched by any carrier in this area including Verizon. I rarely if ever in the last year or so remeber even dropping a call.
