does anyone know a good program that chops full songs into clips so i can save them on my phone as ringtones?

it's called "mp3cutter" when you download it just use the trial verison (you never have to buy the full one) The trial verison only lets you cut the mp3's into 30sec sections or less but that's perfect for ringtones....and the program lets you set the bit rate for the song as well...

It's been a couple days since I called cinfular and gave them my IMEI number for my 6131 and there has been no changes. Still don't get a voicemail icon and still can't recieve video MMS (everything else works great). I have just learned to live with it.
