😈 For about a week now, I've noticed that my cell phone does not get a signal (neither does my wife's - we both have T637's). I doubt it's the phone if both of them are doing the same thing.

Try this... it usually works.

When the phone is on, take the battery out, and remove the Sim card. Then put them back on and turn the phone back on. If you get a signal your good.. if not...

Go into your menu, and find the network selection menu. Then try to manually search for a network. If it just gives you bands (850/1900) select that. If that doesn't work, it's probably not the phones, but a tower may indeed be down. Visit a Cingular (corporate) store and get some help there. They may have to put a trouble ticket into the network support department.

Where are you located?
