I opened my account on 5-16-06
If I port one of the numbers out to someone else today, then I won't be hit with ETF fees for that one number because of the 30 day worry free guarantee??

I am not sure but it has been 32 days since may 16th. I think the 30 days is for calender days not a month.

Thats right, if its beyond 30 days -6-15-06 the EFT is applicable.
May has 31 days making you beyond that point

It's actually over 30 days by calender count (what cingular goes by), so you'll get the ETF.
