Rollover policy states that you only get to bring whatever minutes your new calling plan has.
If you have 1000 minutes accumulated and change to the $59.99 plan; you only get to bring 900 minutes to your new plan.

i have about 2500. So my best bet is to use them all up then switch. Now that I live alone and have no home phone, i go over the 450 every month. And because i get a discount with cingular, 10.00 a month, its still cheaper for me to stay with cingular after all my researching.

You can do that, or just switch now. Remember that if you switch now for the 1st month you will have 1800 minutes (900R plus the 900 minutes from the old plan. So it's not that bad.
But if you don't want to lose those minutes "Go ahead, talk it up!" lol

yeah...right now i pay 45.00 total including taxes because i get a 18% discount each month (about 8.00)

So when i move up, its 20.00, 10.00 after my discount, so i can probably make it a little bit just using up my rollover and paying less each month.

I dont think id go over 900 anytime so id be adding to the new rollover really quick.

thanks for your help. hey did u notice cingular has new msging plans which include text, im, or mms? I just switched to that. Looks like they are competing with tmobile. Now they just need to offer more msgs for their prices.
