Crediting Termination Fees

I have a customer who wants to port a few lines over from Nextel, and is wondering if there's any way that I can get Cingular to credit back the termination fees that Nextel is going to charge him.

He's going to change anyway (of course, lol), but he's a really cool guy and I was wondering if anyone has had any success in that.

youd probally have to speak with your account rep about that. normally if its a multi line deal then its close to possible.

if its a 39.99 deal then they might give it to him just spread the credit over a few months.

but account reps are the best way to go.
