Things getting TOO Serious

wow... so umm.. things are getting a bit TOO serious around here... Companies screwing their customers (like thats new) people angry at capitalism (who isnt?) and just..... blah!.. man it pisses me off that alot of cingular employees dont like to "sell out" and help out a customer just because its what.... Service??? i work for a VERY busy top 30 nationwide store which shall remain nameless. our sucess lies on making customers happy..... i like sales.. its a very simple ying and yang.. for every 5 i make happy i piss 5 off... Reps (Corp Retail or Call Center) need to realize its not worth it half the time. follow the rules and it will be fine.As for the customers who like to take advantage? Well.. sucks to be you. its gonna come back to bite...
