What does LTV1 Stand for?

We have limited resources on this one, and it's come up 2 times in 2 days. I know it has something to do with the upgrade eligibility because it's screwing us that way. Someone please enlighten me. Thanks.

Life Time Value
It goes from 1 to 5.
1= bad
5= good.

It's always been available. If you look in Care or Telegence you'll find the little green and red thermometers
Green = LTV
Red = Churn Potential
We are just starting to enforce this policy; I guess. But I've always used these indicators to while reviewing a customers account.

Yeah, but I have POS, and this is one of those policies they have started to enforce without telling us. I haven't seen it anywhere. What do we tell the customers. "Sorry, we don't want you anymore."?
