New Upgrade Policies???
The problem with the new policies is not the policy itself but the people who jump to conclusions about the effects it may have.

I would upgrade the plan for a coulple of months or just start going over the minutes. Oh and stop using the m2m and n&w mins
WTH? What kind of advise is this? lol
It is not about how much she pays a month. This new policy is about usage patterns. I had a guy with 5 lines on a FT plan for $199.99 4000RUMMUNW. He uses around 3500 peak minutes, 3000 M2M and 12000 N&W minutes. This high usage disqualified him for any type of discount.
The only explanation given to me: "Customer uses his phone so much that it costs us more to have him as a customer than what he actually pays us monthly"
