Best place for ringtones???

Hi all,
Where is the best place to get ringtones for Cingular phones??

I want the Ozzy Blue tone and other great sound effects.

Well, depending on what phone you have you can upload all your own tones. If not, cingular.com has a lot of variety. You could always try a third part vender to aquire your ringtones like 3gupload
