for the profitable customers....?

I know there are a lot of posts about the new upgrade policy but I just wanted to throw this out there. If we are giving bad deals to unprofitable customers, are we going to give BETTER deals to customers that are profitable. Like if you are a good customer you get a free bluetooth headset when you get a new bluetooth phone or a free razr or something?

Sure, thats what the VIP lookup tool is for. Waived upgrade fees, 200 bonus minutes for some customers, $100 exclusive rebates on razr and slvr, $20 bill credits. Some of these were aimed to keep tdma customers on with cingular however the bill credit and waived fee is common. as for the 200 bonus minutes add to the plan i don't know the criteria.

In other words certain customers will get the VIP treament while others will be told to wait outside. ha ha
