Ok. Say I want to renew my contract in November. I am a customer that paid Full retail for my phone PLUS a $500 deposit to get service with cingular because I was just out of bankruptcy and that's what all of the phone carriers wanted from me at the time. Now come november if I decide I want to renew my contract am I eligible for a new phone at a discount?
I pay at least $75/month for my service and the reason I know I paid full retail because when I called to see what happened to my rebate they told me their system said I hadn't paid a bill and I said I wanted to dispute it they told me they couldn't do anything about it, that I wasn't getting a rebate.

Need to know more:

When does your current contract expire and how long was it originally?

How much MTM and N&W minutes do you use each month and what plan do you have (base plan plus features pre-tax).

In what part of the country do you use your phone? Do you travel a good amount and if so where?

Unless you use an excessive amount of the "free" minutes or roam off network a good amount you will qualify once you hit 11 months out of 12 or 21 months out of 24. They are only limiting customers fall into the above catagories, which are not many. And our course you always qualify for a new discounted phone without adding anything to your contract now.
