Do Cingular customers get to use ATTWS cell towers?
I don't know for sure, but through roaming, I do know that some towers are cross registering.

There are currently some, but not all, ATTWS towers available to Cingular customers. ATTWS customers do at this time have access to more of our towers than we do to theirs, as the roaming arrangements were negotiated primarily to tighten up ATTWS coverage where we were strong.
