Hey guys, I had a guy come in with a TDMA phone that anytime he tried to make a call it would just give him a fast busy signal, I am now a Verizon rep but use to be a Cingular rep. I remember this use to be a common problem, but I can remember what the solution was to fix it. I tried *18, manually reprogrammed it, and did a hard reset (removing the battery with it on).

Anybody want to help jog my memory on what the solution is to this problem? Im having a brain fart and cant remember.
