upgrade cancellation.. anyone else have this happen?
after a little arguing and getting mad i "got" the refund, but now I am uneligable to get the upgrade online.
I want to upgrade to the cu500 because it has the whole hdspa or hpsda however which way it is.. and would probably have cool video.
but my cingular store doesn't offer it yet. so i told them i'd do it online because their phone selection at the store sucked
anyways it's been a few days
and i've yet to receive my refund to my bank account, and after contacting cus...

i gave them a call got a credit for the equipment/activation/usage/bills all told i got about a 350 dollar credit (only took 10 min) the refund can take up to ten days though business days that is. most other carriers do the same thing upgrADE wise if you return it. they will fix it in care or yoyu can call in the order and they will do it
I have told several customers, who decided they wanted to buy a phone we did not have (from Sam's Club or online or something of that nature) that they can't just walk straight over there and get it immediately. The contract cancellation process takes a few days, and so do CC refunds.
