I was the one who was paying $120/month, have been with Cingy for 5 years, never late on any payments, have four lines, and who Cingy was telling I couldn't get an upgrade on any of our four lines.

Well, I'm not sure exactly what happened. Will, a.k.a. Iselltheshitoutofphones, said he was going to 'work his magic.' Not sure if that's what did it or if Cingy finally came to its senses, but now ALL of the lines on my account are eligible for an upgrade! 😁

I appreciate all of you Cingular workers, agents, etc. who were/are working hard to help those who deserve an upgrade.
