Handset Exchange Program

Hey everyone,

I recently called Cingular to see about exchanging my phone because it's had so many problems. I have the Samsung SGH-P207 that was discontinued by Cingular 2 months after its release because of glitches and other complaints. They told me they would send me a new phone, but they're actually sending me the same Samsung model. Why are they sending me the same phone if it has so many problems? Thanks for any help given.

Samsung could of fixed any software issues after you recieved your current phone. Ask for a different phone and see what they say
