Need help with COFR

Ok,
I have a young married couple who both have their phones under their parents names and want to create a new account under the wife's name and do a COFR for both lines to the new account. Why is it that every customer service rep gives me a different story and it seems like it will never get done. Can anyone tell me how they process these and the correct phone numbers to get the process done? I work indirect.

I'm in the mountain time zone I wonder if it is the same number for all markets. I really wish cingular would have less departments for each little process. I feel like I end up on endless transferrs between departments.

Those were the only real numbers I could find ... the numbers for my region are just speed dials so wouldn't help you any. You could try the one for Telegence and they'll probably at least tell ya the right nbr or transfer you to mtn folk.

Man it just makes me angry that there is a different department for every operational procedure for each market each with equally lethal hold times!
