Packet Data on 6682

Hey guys!!

Question to all you 6682 fanatics... How do you stop the Packet Data from transmiting?

We have already tried a master reset. I never saw it on my old 6682 but now I am using the 9300 so I can't refer to mine.

Any idears would be great!!
