Yes you can, But you will probably get offered a new one for a way cheaper price. My suggestion is take the new one and sell the old. 2 reasons: Warrenty on prepaid phones is only good on prepaid plans, and you can't insure a prepaid Phone-in-box kit on contract. The good news is you will probably be offered the new one at less than half the cost of the prepaid one you bought. Unless the box for the one you bought is orange and not blue I would buy a new one just to be safe on all accounts. Some reps will want you to keep the old one so that they make more commission with no loss in phone profit. We discount phones with plan sales.
