yah, it is pretty retarded. i signed a 1 yr contract with cingular last august, and i got a free black razr and like 100 bucks in cash. and now, im lookin at the site, and seeing a blue razr for 99 bucks after rebates w/ a 2 yr deal. this is retarded!!!
the phone selection is absoultely horrendous. ive had a black razr for a year now. it is a great phone, but im looking for an upgrade. im looking for something that is very thin and light, and there is nothing there besides a blue razr( black is more professional anyways)

Samsung D807 is thin and has a great camera actually. Nokia 6126 is coming in a few weeks which is an awesome phone

I used the 807 for a month and the reception was horrible. My manager at the time also had one and came to her own conclusion that it sucked as well. We both switched to CU500, and we're in DFW not some rural country area.

what difference does it make? all im saying is that i got a good deal on a razr from a cingular agent. and the phone selection of corporate cingular is bad rite now. they came out with a blue razr BFD!!!! im jus saying that the pricing for corporate cingular seems really really high when there are some agents out there who can give out very good deals. id be a fool to even pay 99 bucks for a razr nowadays.

The razr should've been discontinued a year ago. What sucks in this story is that indirect agents can buy the phones directly from the manufacturer at a lower price than what Cingular sells them to their agents for, so the premiere agents can't compete without losing money.

Whats with people? We have some fantastic handsets out right now! We even have a decent range from practical to phenominal! D807, CU500, SLVR to name a few. Pantech C300 for something more basic. N6102i if you want practicallity for your dollar. We have three phones out now that make the Chocolate old news!
