Viewing Online Account
Has anyone had this problem before, where your billing cycle restarted into the next month and you can not view any of your data information? Im 8 days into my new billing cycle and I cant see how mant txt msgs I have sent or recieved and a Cingular customer service rep said im responsible for any overage charges. Customer service also doesnt even have a clue how many I sent or recieve. This doesnt make sense. Doesnt Cingular have a Online support department where they can make changes to your online viewing? 👿

Same crap happened to me and it sucked big time. Every time I checked, data and calls were not available. My bill is due the 21st and I recieved it two days before the due date. I had no time to dispute charges, etc.. I suggest calling them up and bugging them everyday. Also make sure you ask the rep there name and document everything. Sometimes they can be shaddy bastards. I have found that when I check my usage thru MediaNet (from my cell) I get a much accurate usage report.

If I was able do that from my media net under my account I would but, it wont even let me do that. It just shows my purchase link. Yeah, and I already called Cingular with that issue and they blame it on my phone. Which I have had 4 different phones. From motos to nokia, and never been able to view my account information from my media net. 👿
