I opened up my 2nd store in Bowie in April. You know I love those rural locations. It is a divested county too. I am so thankful for pissed off Alltel people.

I got an 8125 thrown at me. It hit me on the cheast really hard. Also, as she threw it at me she called me a bitch! 😲
Even though I warned her about getting that thing without any data plan.... She started using that thing like there was no tomorrow and when the bill came she blamed it on me!!! She had the nerve to blame me even though I stated it very clearly on the account notes that she declined the data plan...

I left Cingular shortly after that... I have a better job now.

And... I called the rep and he said that SE is trying to push Cingy to releasing it on time (end of august beginnin of sept) versus late like all their other releases.

i got sick of hearing 40 different release dates and hearing about info people got from a local cingular store that decided to send an e-mail to the president of cingular last week about the release date of the w810. the presidents representative (or somebody) called my phone like this morning and left me a voicemail. She said as of now, they are looking at a release of the phone at the end of september or early october. She also said something about some technical updates that if unsuccessful, the phone could be delayed til the end of the year.

this sucks! i guess the phone has to be purchased unlocked. it just amazes me how no one has posted any problems with this phone but cingular and its people cant get it right 🙄

Lockline mostly sends out new phones. They say refurb to covery their a** in case they decide to send a refurb.

no, the send a lot of refrubs as well. I had 4 line for about 4 years now and I mostly get refurbs from lockline.

i have only gotten 2 refurbs and that was when the s710a was being disco'd.

other than that mine have ALL been new.

i did notice however, now that the 1.99 extended warranty isnt available anymore asurion will send a refurb in a quick minute.

well warranty is to cancel the insurance if they give them a non-insured phone. but if insurance gives the d807 for the w600i we let them keep the insurance.
