TDMA customers
This new TDMA fee seems to be working very well in my market. They are coming out of the dark and upgrading to GSM; just so they don't get charged the fee. lol.

Most people are swapping, but I had one lady on a $15 dollar a month plan. So even with the extra charge she'd only be paying $20 a month.

i just got on at Cingular, I start Tuesday full time dose anyone have any thing that they can tell me that i should look out for or what i can do to be good at this job? the hr pay is not all that good but is the Comm good like they say it is?
