No More Release Dates!!!!
I went to the Cingular store yesterday and went looking for the Nokia 6682 to compare in-store to on-line pricing. Furthermore I wanted to see how the phone operates. Guess what! The phone had been taken off off store shelves because of lack of sales. Now the phone can only be purchased on-line for $249.00 (which is a complete rip-off).
The rest of the phones Cingular is no...

Those of us who work for Cingular and have release dates can't tell u. It is a violation of the conduct agreement we all sign to give that information.
So Cingular won't let you tell the truth but has no problem with their sales force lying to customers?
i still do anyway ๐ somethings, not really important things.

Maybe Cingular should have some of their employees sign a paper that says, " I am not a college graduate and I really don't no that much about cellphones, but I will gladly take your money." or maybe this one "I will sit at the computer and pretend to be interested in selling you this phone" or "I rather be working at Taco Bell". If you can think of anymore please let me know! ๐ ๐
right right..we sign those..right after we sign our souls over so our customers can treat us like dogs and we can be treated as if we choose the price of that phone just to make you cry..

Looks like more Cingular customers needs to come out... ๐
Nokia phones clearly rank better than all other phone. Whatever happened to peoples' taste these days?
Three or four years ago I bought a Nokia 6590i. It was a small phone, nothing special, but it worked well. Then after two years it got pretty worn down and a cracked screen. I purchased a SE T637, it was a great phone and sound quality was OK. I dropped the phone in water and got a replacement for $50.00. Then I broke the phone and Lock line could not replace the phone at all and they sent me a Moto V551. At first I wasn't used to the flip phone idea. The V551 just kept having problems with the speaker, I could rarely hear people, etc..
I was eligible for an upgrade and purchased the Razr V3 black and it sucked big time. So, I bought the RoKr E1. Although it was ugly, the phone worked pret...

Give me a Sony 1st and a Nokia 2nd! The V3i will launch for Cingular, it just needs to be right. Moto has taken this long to fix the bugs we've complained about.
I agree (SonyEricsson)
From what I hear the v3i is just as low as the V3 (earpiece) So, apparently they forgot to fix that! ๐
One of the main reasons why I will never buy Motorola again is because it seems like the Thinner and Smaller they get; the lowest their earpieces get too! ๐ก Maybe I'm just going deaf. But I have not been able to find a phone as loud as my V551 was in the Motorola arena. So, I'm thru hoping and waiting. Once the w810 comes out (which I also hear has a low earpiece ๐ ) -but I'll have to see how lo...

I honestly don't know what is going on with the v3i. The only thing I can assume is it's being held back for the holidays.
As far as the 6682, it's an old phone. It wasn't taken out of the stores for lack of sales. It was taken out of the stores because room had to be made in the lineup for new phones coming out. Stores can't possible stock every phone in the national lineup. Granted the phone didn't fly off the shelves, because it isn't for everyone. It's a very niche phone.
As far as release d...
