Thats it no more call backs from me in WSC
I am not calling anymore customers back unless they can be at least civil! I go out of my way to help them, and call them back when they don't listen to the directions from the automated attendant. The only way I will if they are really nice sounding, and pleasant. I only have 30 secs in between calls to calm down before I have to be yelled at again. Don't get me wrong I love my job (most days) I like helping them and getting them what they want, but not if they're mean. I look in training bay from time to time the poor kids are crying cause some people have no class. 😳 Oh yeah 2 min availibility ahha

I've never yelled at a CS rep on the phone, save for the one guy who told me I was bankrupting Cingular with my text messaging usage lol
