How do i port my number back and restart account
How do i restart my acct. and port my number back in..Someone said i have to go back into the store is that correct?If so i can't get the special deal they offered me to come back although they did note the acct.

you shouldnt have to go back to that store..you can go to any other store or call in the order..i think its even possible on line to do it..but i do know you have to wait a certain ammount of days before porting your number back to us..its either 30 days or 90..anyone remember?

I don't remember the exact number of days, but porting BACK in to a company can be really tricky even if you do it a year later. Somehow the number gets funky in our system so we have to speak directly to our PAC team to get it done.
