Any Cingular Reps Out There ?
Are there any Cingular reps out there that would be willing to tell me what platform/system's are used to access your accounts. We are wondering which systems will be used post-merger.
The only difference is that agents can only access and service accounts in their market. Corporate locations and the call center have access to all of the US.
As for our billing system, one of the call center employees can answer this question for you. I hope you are looking forward to lots of training ahead. I think all of the ATT folks are going to have to learn our system.

You must be an agent. Yes Cingular uses Telegence... it also uses another billing system, depending which market you are loca...
