i am an AT&T wireless cus care rep and i am concerned about what is going to happen to us when the merger is complete. I was wondering if you have been trained in the systems we use at AT&T wireless? or are they giving you any info as to when or if you will be trained on our systems?

My understanding is that you all will be trained on our care and pos software. Everything will be transitioned over to Cingular!!! Also, from what I am told by my account exect. is that Cingular plans to keep everyone for the first year till they see where they can consolidate.
