Phone Upgrade
I was due for an upgrade (eligible) in like June. I have just held off because the current phone line up is so HORRIBLE. All the phones that were supposed to hit in the last few months (according to info leaks) have not.
I have heard that if you wait too long you can get screwed and lose your upgrade. Is there any truth to this? Will I loose the chance if I dont jump on something soon? When the hell are they getting any new phones. Better yet, when are the getting any DECENT phones.

It's only customers who don't generate positive revenue for the company, like people who are constantly roaming. Chances are if you are eligible right now, you'll be eligible for quite some time.

How would you be constantly roaming? I dont get that, when do you roam to begin with? I figured Roam was aterm from the past considering how big the coverage areas are now.

I think it's the FCC? Anyway, markets are regulated, so a frequency in on area might belong to one carrier where it will be someone elses in a different location. Hence roaming if you travel to the other spot, and the provider you are with having to pay the other for your usage on their towers.
