Here is an excerpt from CNET on cingular 3G. Does this unlimited package exist? If it does it is really crappy that its only available for 3G phones/in 3G areas. The link is listed after this excerpt from CNET. Please shead some light on this. I really want to get this package...is should be available to EVERYONE! We are paying customers and deserve the same things. 👿

"Cingular Video will be available free of charge to Cingular customers purchasing an unlimited 3G data package, which costs $19.99 per month. The data package also allows for unlimited text messaging, e-mailing and picture sharing over the network. To receive clips from HBO, customers will have to subscribe to a premium channel, which costs $4.99 per month."

Exactly what did you ask them?

Customer care sometimes gets a bad rap, and in this case I would say you are not giving them a chance.

Why exactly should they be aware of some article that seems to be innaccurate? Cingular does not offer unlimited text ongoing for any plan. They DO offer unlimited for the first month on any Media plan (Basic, works, max, etc.).

I think what they mean is that you get unlimited txts, email, pix for the first month. Just as it is now; when customers first sign up for a msging package.

I think they just wrote the wrong information in the article. There's only 200 messages on that package.
