Nokia E70 model now in the US

Just so you know, the E70 model is now available in the 850mHZ band for the states. It's only sold through the Nokia store in Chicago and soon to be New York's 5th Avenue location.

I do have a question for current owners of this model: When the Qwerty keyboard is flipped open, can you surf the internet, or does the keyboard have to be closed for you to surf?

thanks,

Yes, they both did work with the internet.

The E70 review on gsmarena.com shows that it does work with the internet while flipped open.

Did that New York location open up yet? If it hasn't, I can't wait until it does. I'm going to come right up there and buy one as soon as possible.

Mmmmm.

The New York location is going to open Sept. 9th. Lucky you!! I wish I was in NY or Chicago to get that phone!

Guess I'll have to wait for it to be sold on the internet.....
