why pick on the razr?

I read a lot of "razr bashing" on these forums and I dont understand why. I have been using the razr for almost a year and a half and have had zero problems with it, same with my girlfriend (although she recently switched to the slvr).
I thin kthe reason we see so many problems with the razr is because we sell so many of them. So there are naturally going to be more issues. But I bet for every one person that has had a razr issue there are 10 that are perfectly happy with theirs.
...
the most common reason for the bashing are people who order it online and say they don't like the feel (then why not return it?) or people say it breaks easily, (phones aren't meant to be thrown against the wall cause your boyfriend won't answer the phone) or people who buy it without any media coverage (like buying a ferrari without wheels, a/c and a broken casset player)
...
the only media coverage the razr needs is text/mms. The internet is so slow it is a pain. As far as other issues lets see hmm... dust under the screen, buttons never lighting up, screen going out, low speaker volume, I've had a few that just scroll random numbers accrossed the screen. Poor visibility in daylight, fast batter deterioration. It seems like the first ones that were produced were fine but once we started selling a ton of them and they were mass produced we saw a lot of problems.
...
I dunno about 1 out of 10. I do know that Razr's make up half of my returns from every shipment.
...
We don't get a lot of returns on them but we get about 90% of the total complaints in the store from them.
