F*** JD Powers

This just pisses me off!
Why is it that they always trash Cingular? This has always been suspicious to me. Is it that they (JD Powers) have a business account with Vz and Tmo? I mean WTF? Quest got better rating than Sprint even though Quest uses Sprint's network??? Puh-lease! Give me a *** break.
JD Powers can say whatever they want, but the true results are going to be on the results for the 3rd quarter...
Will T-Mobile and Sprint manage to get more than 650,000 net adds?
Tune in next month... When Cingular proves (JD Powers) once again wrong! 😡

What a stupid coment jd powers has something against cingular right? that's like me saying that telephia has it out for vzw not giving us the fewest dropped call title. every time a jd survey comes out your customers rank you low this is not an up and down issue. you have and will always rank near the bottom. jd powers is an independent researcher nobody pays for these results it is the most unbiased it could be unlike telephia which charges money for their results. think before you speak.

i agree with you dude. i do not think they have a grudge against Cingular but their survey is a joke. Qwest better than Sprint 😳 . Virgin Mobile PP better than TMo PP when TMo beat Sprint out in almost every region 😳 . WTF 😳

Thats all I am saying. Cingular is at the bottom of every region but has a churn rate only 2nd to VZ, while the others have a much higher churn rate 😳 . Those other carriers cannot muster 1.3 million net ads combined in a quarter with higher churn but are somehow better 😳 .

How can that be 😳 !

Because they sample less than 1/2 of 1 percent of the customer base makes the survey a joke 🤣

I guess you just have to take it for what its worth. You can do the same for Telephia's drive test...

I know, thats why i just tell customers that those companies are great companies but we are a great company too and they shouldn't take what they read is truth. I sold t-mobile for 2 years and have sold cingy for almost 2 years now and the only difference is the customer service isn't as great but still on par. The things that contribute to t-mo churn rate are the crappy dealers like TMS.

A customer completely ignore what JD powers says if their brother or neighbor says good things about Cingular. Those JD Powers commercials for T-Mobile obviously aren't working given their activation numbers.

Well JD power must impact in some way tho. thats why recieving awards from JD power is a good thing. now i dont believe that JD power at all has anyhting against cingular. i mean even car compnays get the JD power awards for whatever. besides cingular in some regions have a bad rep with the "Better Business Bureu" i think in some cases cingular didnt make a smart move with their multi billion $ network or there quality would be better.

that BBB stuff happened when they were in the process of improving their reception

many areas benefit from a finished network but not all
...
