What's the deal with refurbished phones? I was thinking about buying a refurb smartphone from cingular and I was wondering if they are as good as new or should I stay away? Are the cheap cause they suck or what?

cool.. in that case do you have an opinion between the 2125 and the blackberry 7100g? I have never used a pda before. Have read great reviews on the qwerty which bb has and 2125 does not. I'm more interested in planning and organizing than emailing, playing music or taking pics or video. would like to hear your opinion...

Refurbished is a wonderful code word for already broken.

Decided to stop carrying refurb handsets when I had a 25% defect rate.
